Where possible we get all our produce from local farmers and suppliers.
Game, including pheasants, pigeon and rabbits are provided by local shoots during season.
Sausages, burgers, paté, soups and desserts are made on site and our smoked produce is smoked on site.
We also grow a lot of our own fruit and vegetables in our raised beds and polytunnel and we have our own hens providing most of our free range eggs.
